There is a class of claim a product page cannot carry: what actually happens to a vial between arriving in a supplier’s stock and arriving in your post. Most suppliers say nothing about it, which leaves you to hope. This page states our practice plainly — three facts, each checkable against the parcel that reaches you — and sits alongside the batch-notices register and our verification methodology as part of the same idea: the claims on this site should be the checkable kind.
Refrigerated at all times
Stock is held between 4 and 8 °C at all times, from goods-in to despatch — and that includes the bacteriostatic and sterile water, which share the same refrigerated custody as everything else. Lyophilised peptides sit comfortably in that range: the freeze-dried format exists precisely because it is stable outside a freezer, which is the same reason ambient transit does not threaten it. The label on each vial carries the long-term storage guidance for once it is with you — sealed peptide vials specify freezer storage, the waters specify room temperature and must never be frozen — and refrigerated holding is consistent with both: cold custody for the peptides, and comfortably above freezing for the waters. The full storage picture, with the literature behind it, is in peptide storage, stability and shelf life.
Picked and packed on despatch day
Orders are picked and packed on the day they ship — stock comes out of refrigeration for packing, not before, and an order placed by 2pm on a business day is despatched the same day, tracked. There is no staging shelf where packed orders sit at room temperature waiting for a weekly run; the time between refrigerated custody and the carrier’s network is measured in hours.
Plain, sealed packaging
Every shipment leaves in plain outer packaging — nothing on the outside indicates the sender’s trade or the parcel’s contents — securely packed and sealed. That is partly protection for the vials and partly privacy for you: what you have ordered is between you and us, not you and everyone who handles or sees the parcel.
What this page does not claim
These are statements about custody and handling, not about any compound — cold storage keeps material in specification; it makes no promise about what any material does. Practice is stated as it stands today and this page will be updated if it changes; the visible review date above is the check. Everything NovoVita supplies is for laboratory research use only and is not for human or veterinary use.
