Everything we get asked, answered straight. Search it, or browse by section. If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp and a person will answer it.
Nothing matches that. Try a different word, or just ask us — WhatsApp 0044 73 8615 3082, or support@novovita.health. We would rather answer it than have you guess.
Ordering & eligibility 5
Who are you, and where are you actually based?
NovoVita Health Ltd is a UK company, registered in England and Wales — company number 17414187, checkable at Companies House. Orders are picked, packed and posted from here — no drop-shipper, no overseas warehouse, no third party touching your parcel. And you can reach a person before you order, not only after: WhatsApp +44 7386 153082 or support@novovita.health.
You're brand new. There are no reviews of you anywhere. Why should I risk an order?
Because we are new, and we would rather say so than manufacture social proof. There is no review history to point you at yet, that is a real reason to be careful, and the standard advice in this market is never to go all in on a first order with anyone. So don’t. What we can offer instead of reviews is checkable rather than testimonial: a registered UK company at a real UK address, tracked delivery, payment made only to our registered company bank account, and the statutory cancellation right that applies to sealed, unopened vials. There is no minimum order. Buy one vial, watch how we handle it, and decide about the second.
Do I need a licence, an institution or a lab account to order?
No. There is no credential check, no institutional email requirement and no approval step — you order, we pack it, it ships. That is not us treating research-use-only as decoration. These are supplied as laboratory reagents rather than medicines, and ordering confirms you are handling them on that basis. We cannot verify what happens after delivery and we will not pretend we can; what we do control is that nothing on this site is presented as fit for human use, because it is not.
Is there a minimum order, and do I have to set up an account?
No minimum. A single vial is a completely normal order and gets exactly the price the site shows. Multibuy pricing applies automatically as the vial count in your basket goes up, so there is no advantage to placing one large first order rather than a small one and a larger second one. You need to give us a delivery address and a way to contact you about the order; an account is optional and exists only to save you retyping an address next time.
Do I have to be 18 to order?
Yes — 18 or over, no exceptions. UK sellers in this category are inconsistent about this and some say 21, so to be unambiguous: ours is 18, and placing an order confirms you are.
Legal & compliance 5
Is it actually legal for me to buy this in the UK?
For everything we sell, there is no UK offence in buying or holding these compounds as laboratory reagents. What is an offence is supplying or advertising an unlicensed medicine for human use — which is why you will not find a single claim anywhere on this site about what any of these compounds does, and why we refuse dosing questions further down this page. On where responsibility falls: ours is that everything is described accurately, sold as a research reagent and shipped lawfully within the UK. Yours is what happens after it is delivered. If your own circumstances make you unsure, take proper legal advice rather than taking ours.
Are these for human use?
No. Not for human use, not for veterinary use, not for food, not for any application in or on a person. Research use only — and we mean that literally rather than as a footer disclaimer. It is why our product pages carry identity, fill weight, presentation and storage conditions and nothing else: no indications, no outcomes, no dosing, no populations. Plenty of sellers print “research use only” at the bottom of a page and a dosing protocol at the top; the MHRA assesses the overall impression a product creates, not the small print, so that combination protects nobody. We would rather be the boring one.
Do you sell semaglutide, tirzepatide or other prescription-only compounds?
No. Compounds that correspond to authorised medicines — semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro), retatrutide, somatropin — are not offered for sale on this site, and never have been. You will find them in our compound library, because a reference that only covers its own shelf is a catalogue, not a reference; but a library entry is not a product. Everything we do sell is described by identity, fill weight, presentation and storage, with no claim about what it does, no indication and no dosage. If you want a medicine for yourself, that comes from a prescriber and a pharmacy, and it is a different transaction from anything on this site.
Are these MHRA-approved?
No, and nothing sold as a research reagent is. MHRA approval means a marketing authorisation: a specific product, for a specific use, in a specific population, backed by a dossier and a licensed manufacturing chain. Nothing here has one and nothing here is applying for one. Any research-peptide seller who implies otherwise is telling you something untrue, and it is precisely the thing the MHRA acts against.
What do you do with my name and address? Do you keep my order history?
We keep what is needed to take the order, deliver it and meet HMRC record-keeping: your name, delivery address, contact details, and what you bought and when. It stays in our own systems. It is not sold, not shared with marketing partners, and not passed to anyone beyond the carrier — who gets a name and an address and nothing about contents — and our payment provider. We will not email you about anything you did not ask to hear about. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it once the tax retention period on your last order has expired: support@novovita.health. Those are UK GDPR rights, not favours.
The material 10
What actually turns up in the box? Is it a powder or a liquid, and does it come with the water?
A sealed vial, and nothing else unless you add it. Peptides ship lyophilised — freeze-dried powder — under a crimped seal, with the compound name and fill weight on the label. There is no diluent inside the vial’s box. Bacteriostatic water and sterile water are stocked as separate line items, so you can add a diluent to the same order and pay one delivery charge instead of two. We do not currently stock syringes or alcohol wipes.
What is the difference between the bacteriostatic water and the sterile water?
Composition, and that is the whole of what we will tell you. Sterile water is water alone, with no preservative. Bacteriostatic water contains a small quantity of benzyl alcohol as a preservative, which is what allows a vial to be entered more than once rather than being single use. Both are legal to buy in the UK without a prescription and neither is a controlled substance. Which one suits your work is your decision — we will describe exactly what is in the vial, but we do not advise on selection.
Do your vials carry a batch or lot number?
Every vial carries the compound name and fill weight on its label. We do not currently print a per-vial batch or lot number, and we would rather say so than imply a level of traceability we do not offer. If you ever need to tell us precisely which vial you are holding — a damaged arrival, a discrepancy, a query months later — that number identifies it exactly, and we match it to our own picking record rather than asking you to prove anything. What we can tell you is what we picked and when we sent it. That is a fact about your order rather than a claim about the compound.
What purity is it, and can I see a certificate of analysis?
Every compound we stock is third-party tested, and the results come back above 99% purity. That figure is now stated on every product page.
What we do not publish is the certificates themselves. They identify our supplier, which is the one genuinely commercially sensitive thing in this business — publishing them would hand our sourcing to every competitor. We hold them, and we stand behind the figure.
Alongside it, the things you can check without taking our word for anything: a named UK company at a real UK address, sealed vials that arrive sealed, stock we hold and post ourselves rather than dropship, and a person on WhatsApp who will answer before you spend anything.
One boundary worth stating plainly. Purity is a statement about what is in the vial. It is not a claim that the compound does anything, and nothing we supply is authorised for human or veterinary use.
How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 10mg vial?
There is no single right answer, and that is genuinely the answer rather than a dodge.
The volume you add sets the concentration, and which concentration suits you depends on how much you intend to withdraw at a time and how accurately you can measure it. Put 1 ml into a 10 mg vial and you have 10 mg/ml: small withdrawal volumes, harder to read precisely on a fine graduation. Put 3 ml in and you have 3.33 mg/ml: larger, easier volumes from the same vial. Neither is correct — they are different trade-offs between measurement precision and how many draws you get out of one vial.
Our reconstitution calculator does that arithmetic for whatever combination you pick: enter the fill weight, the diluent volume and the amount you want per aliquot, and it returns the concentration, the volume to withdraw and where it falls on a graduated syringe.
What the calculator will not do, and what we will not do either, is tell you what to put in that third box. That figure is a dose. It depends on the subject of your research rather than on anything about the vial, and it is the one number in the calculation we have no business supplying.
What dose should I use? Do you have a protocol? Can I run two of these together?
No to all three, and not because we are being awkward. A dosing schedule, a protocol or a combination guide is the clearest evidence there is that a product is being presented for use in a person — it would make everything we sell an unlicensed medicine and us an illegal supplier of it, and no research-use-only line at the bottom of the page would change that. There is no version we can give you: not privately, not hypothetically, not for a compound where the information is a search away. If you are making decisions about your own health, that conversation belongs with a doctor or a pharmacist who can see the full picture, which we never will.
What will it actually do, and how quickly?
We do not say. Not vaguely, not carefully, not by implication. Effects, outcomes, timelines and comparisons between two compounds are all statements about what a substance does in a person, and making them is precisely what would convert a research reagent into an unlicensed medicine. That includes “which of these two should I pick”, because a comparison is an outcome claim with the numbers filed off. What we can do is help you find things: the catalogue is organised by compound family, and every product page states identity, fill weight, presentation and storage in full. Where you go from there is genuinely not something we can steer, and any supplier who offers to is telling you what you want to hear.
Is this the same thing as Mounjaro or Ozempic?
We will not confirm that comparison, and the reason is specific rather than evasive: equating a research reagent with a licensed medicine is the most direct way there is to make it a medicine by presentation in UK law. The phrasing does not matter — “the same active as”, “the generic version of”, “what’s in” — the legal effect is identical. What we will tell you precisely is what is in the vial: compound name, fill weight, presentation, storage. Mounjaro, Ozempic and Wegovy are authorised medicines with a marketing authorisation behind them, available from a prescriber. If that is what you are actually after, that is where to get it.
Are there any side effects I should know about?
We cannot answer this, and you should be wary of any seller in this market who does. Describing effects — including reassuring you that there are none — is a statement about what a substance does in a human body, and we are not a pharmacy, a prescriber or a clinical service. Anyone weighing something up for their own health needs someone who can take a history and who is accountable for the answer; we can be neither. Suspected adverse reactions to any medicine or substance can be reported to the MHRA through its Yellow Card scheme, which is independent of us and of every other seller.
Do you supply syringes and alcohol wipes?
Not at present. We stock bacteriostatic water and sterile water, but syringes and alcohol wipes are not in the catalogue today, and we would rather say so here than let you find out at the basket. Any laboratory supplier carries both. Stocking a consumable is not a suggestion about what to do with it. Everything on this site, consumables included, is supplied for laboratory use only, and we will still decline questions about administration — see the Legal & compliance section for why that line does not move.
Payment & pricing 6
What payment methods do you take?
We take Pay by Bank, which lets you approve the payment securely in your own banking app with no card details to type, and manual bank transfer, where you send the payment yourself using the account details we show at checkout. Either way the money goes to our registered company account — NovoVita Health Ltd — and never anywhere else. That is worth saying out loud, because being pushed towards cryptocurrency or a transfer to a personal account is the loudest warning sign there is in this market. We will never ask you to pay that way. If someone claiming to be us does, it is not us. A full explanation of how the instant bank payment works, who regulates it and what protections apply is published here: Paying by bank, explained.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are made by bank transfer to your account. Once a return or cancellation is agreed we send the money back promptly — within 14 days at the outside, as the Consumer Contracts Regulations require, and usually much sooner. You will get an email when it has been sent.
What happens if a bank payment fails part-way through?
Nothing is taken. If you close your banking app or the payment does not complete, the order stays pending and unpaid — no money leaves your account. You can try the payment again, or choose manual bank transfer instead. Unpaid orders are cancelled after a few days and the stock is released. If anything ever looks wrong, email us and we will check it against our account straight away.
Do your prices include VAT, and can I get an invoice?
The price on the product page is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout except delivery for orders outside the UK and Ireland; delivery within the UK and Ireland is free on every order. The WhatsApp quote, the website basket and the invoice all use the same prices, so they agree to the penny. If you need an itemised invoice for your records, ask on any order and we will send one.
My card was declined. Is that you, or my bank?
Almost always your bank, and it says nothing about you. Card networks apply automatic extra scrutiny to this merchant category, so declines land on people with perfectly healthy accounts and no history of anything at all. Nothing is charged and no black mark is created. What usually works: complete the 3-D Secure step your bank sends instead of dismissing it, check the billing address matches the card exactly, and try once more. If it declines twice, message us on WhatsApp before a third attempt — repeated tries make banks more suspicious rather than less, and we can normally sort it in a couple of minutes.
Do you do a discount if I buy a few?
Yes, and automatically. Multibuy pricing applies on the total vial count in your basket — you do not need a code, and you do not need several of the same product to reach a tier. The price you see already includes it. Promotional codes exist from time to time and apply on top.
Shipping & delivery 5
Do you ship outside the UK? I'm in Dublin / Donegal.
Yes. We ship across the whole of the UK, to the Republic of Ireland, and to most of Europe.
Ireland is treated exactly like the UK — free tracked delivery on every order. There is no customs declaration, no import VAT at the door and no carrier handling fee.
Europe is £4.99 flat, Royal Mail International Tracked, typically five to seven days.
Whether you may lawfully receive a given compound where you live remains yours to check. Rules differ across Europe and a compound that is unremarkable in one member state can be restricted in another. Check before you order rather than after — and if you are unsure, ask us and we will tell you what we know.
How much is delivery, and how much do I have to spend for it to be free?
UK and Ireland: free tracked delivery on every order — no minimum spend. No handling fee, no packaging fee, no postcode surcharge — Highlands, islands, BT postcodes and the Republic of Ireland all pay the same as central London.
Europe: £4.99 flat, Royal Mail International Tracked, typically five to seven days. There is no free-shipping threshold on European orders.
Delivery on UK and Ireland orders is free whatever the basket value. We quote you the same delivery when you order through us, so the two never disagree.
How long until it's dispatched, and how long until it arrives?
Order before 2pm on a business day and it goes out the same day. After 2pm, or at a weekend, it goes on the next business day. Everything is sent tracked and the tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves — a real number that updates, not a placeholder generated at checkout. Royal Mail then typically takes two to three business days. If tracking has not moved for three business days, message us and we will chase it rather than telling you to wait.
Will I get a tracking number, and will it actually update?
Yes, and it is real tracking rather than a reference that never moves. You get the tracking number when the parcel is handed to the carrier, not when the label is printed — that gap is where “label created” for a week comes from, and we do not do it. If your tracking has not updated 24 hours after you received the number, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase the carrier ourselves rather than telling you to.
Is the packaging discreet? Will my partner, my neighbour or the postman know what's in it?
Plain outer packaging, no branding, no product names, nothing on the outside that indicates what is inside. The label carries a delivery name and address and a plain return address — the words peptide and research appear nowhere on the box. The same applies at the other end: your card statement shows NovoVita and nothing about what was in the parcel. Inside, vials are packed to survive a sorting hub rather than to look impressive.
Storage & handling 4
How should I store it when it arrives, and how long will a sealed vial keep?
Sealed and unopened: cold, dark and left alone. A freezer at around -20°C is the standard for long-term storage; a fridge at 2–8°C is fine for shorter periods. Keep them in the original vial, upright, out of direct light, and avoid moving them in and out of a freezer repeatedly — cycling is harder on a vial than simply leaving it in one place. Storage conditions and fill weight are stated on every product page and on the vial label. If you want to know more about a particular vial, ask us and we will tell you what we can.
The powder is loose dust up the side of the vial instead of a solid disc. Has it gone off?
That is normal presentation, not damage. A lyophilised cake is a fragile structure and it routinely breaks up in a parcel that has been through a sorting hub — you get loose powder, or a cake sitting up the side of the vial rather than flat in the bottom. Same material, different shape. What is worth telling us about is different: a cracked vial, a stopper or crimp that has lifted, visible moisture inside, or a vial that looks empty. Photograph it before you handle anything else and message us.
It sat in a hot van and then on the doorstep for two days. Is it ruined?
We do not treat ambient exposure in transit as a defect, and that is why we do not ship on ice. Lyophilised peptide is shipped at room temperature right across the industry, because the freeze-dried form is the form that travels; cold storage is for once the vial is with you and staying put, not for the two or three days it spends in a postal network. So the absence of a cold pack in your parcel is the normal arrangement rather than a corner being cut. If a vial does arrive with the seal lifted, obvious moisture inside, or visibly discoloured, that is a genuine problem — photograph it, message us, and we will replace it.
Once it's mixed, how long is it good for?
We do not publish a figure, and the reason is worth giving properly.
In-solution stability depends on the diluent you used, the concentration you made up, the temperature it has been held at and how often it has been warmed, cooled or agitated. None of that is under our control once the vial leaves us, and a confident-looking number that does not actually apply to your conditions is worse than no number at all — it invites you to trust material you should be assessing yourself.
What we can tell you is everything about the vial as supplied: compound, fill weight, presentation and the storage conditions for the sealed lyophilised form, which are on every product page. Ask us about a particular vial and we will tell you what we can.
Returns & problems 3
Can I change, cancel or return my order?
Before we dispatch: yes, just tell us. Orders placed before 2pm go out the same day, so that window can be short — message us straight away and we will cancel and refund in full, no questions.
After dispatch it depends on the vial. We do not run a discretionary change-of-mind exchange, because we cannot restock research material once it has left us — anything that comes back is destroyed rather than resold, and we would not put material of unverifiable provenance into someone else’s work.
If you are a consumer, though, you have a statutory right to cancel and it is not ours to remove:
A still-sealed vial — you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are cancelling, then a further 14 days to send it back. You get the price you paid plus our standard delivery charge. Return postage is at your cost.
An unsealed vial — the right to cancel does not apply, because sealed goods that are unsuitable for return on health-protection or hygiene grounds are exempt once the seal is broken.
The full detail, and a cancellation form if you want one, are on Delivery & Returns.
If something is actually wrong — damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered — that is separate, we cover it, and we pay the postage.
It arrived damaged, an item is missing, or you've sent the wrong thing. What now?
Photograph everything before you unpack anything else — the vial, the label, the inner packing and the outer box — and send the pictures to WhatsApp or support@novovita.health within 14 days of delivery. That is the entire evidence burden. We replace or refund, your choice; we do not ask you to post a broken vial back, and we do not start from the assumption that you broke it. Every order is recorded against what we picked for it, so a missing or wrong item is something we check against our own record rather than something you have to argue about.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. Do I lose my money?
No, you do not lose your money. A “delivered” scan does not transfer the problem to you — under UK consumer law the goods are our responsibility until they are in your hands, and we are not going to hide behind a carrier’s tracking page. Give it 24 hours first, because parcels genuinely do turn up with a neighbour or behind a bin, then message us. We open a formal enquiry with the carrier the same day. If it does not appear, you get a replacement or a full refund — your choice, and you do not have to wait out the carrier’s whole process before we decide.
Contact & support 3
How do I get hold of you, and will anyone actually reply?
WhatsApp +44 7386 153082, or email support@novovita.health. WhatsApp is fastest and it is a person rather than a bot, Monday to Friday 9:00–21:00 and Saturday 9:00–18:00. Email is answered within one business day. If you have messaged and heard nothing within a working day, message again — that means something has failed at our end, not that you are being ignored. We know that going quiet after payment is the standard complaint about this industry, and we know the only convincing answer to it is to be reachable before you have spent anything. So test us first, if you want to.
Can I order over WhatsApp instead of the website, and is the price the same?
Yes to both, and the second half matters more than it sounds. Whether you order on novovita.health, over WhatsApp, by phone or in person, the price is the same: same product prices, same multibuy tiers, same bundle pricing, same promotional codes, same delivery terms. It is not two price lists we try to keep in step — it is one, asked twice. Get a quote on WhatsApp, then build the same basket on the site: the totals will match to the penny. If they ever do not, tell us, because that is a bug and we will want to know about it.
Selling over WhatsApp is listed everywhere as a scam red flag. Why do you do it?
It is a fair warning, and it is about WhatsApp instead of a business rather than WhatsApp as well as one. The red flag is a mobile number with nothing behind it: no address, no registration, no website you can buy from, and nobody reachable once the money has moved. Ours sits alongside a registered UK company, a UK trading address, payment made only to our registered company bank account, and an email address on our own domain. If the WhatsApp number vanished tomorrow, every other way of finding us and holding us to something would still be there. Judge a channel by what stands behind it.
Still not answered?
Message us on WhatsApp at 0044 73 8615 3082 or email support@novovita.health. Questions about identity, presentation, storage, stock, pricing and delivery all get a proper answer. Questions about dosing or use in a subject we will decline — see the Legal & compliance section for why that is deliberate.
