Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
Orders are dispatched from our facility in the United Kingdom. We are a supplier, not a shop — there is no counter to visit, and orders are placed through this site or over WhatsApp. Volume and institutional supply has its own page: trade & wholesale.

Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched that same day; anything later goes out the next business day.
Before you write
A few things we get asked that are already answered, in case it saves you a message:
- Delivery cost and free-shipping threshold — on the Delivery & Returns page.
- Storage and handling — stated on each individual product page, because it varies by compound.
- Cancelling or returning an order — Delivery & Returns, section 4.
- Whether we ship abroad — we ship to the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and most of Europe — see Delivery & Returns, section 1.

We operate exactly these channels and no others:

- Telegram order updates — @NovoVitaBot, which messages you only about your own orders, via the link on your order confirmation page. It never starts a conversation.
- Message us on Telegram — @NovoVitaHealth, our official account. A person answers, within the same hours as WhatsApp; we never message first and never take payment there.
- Pep Pals — the community — our Telegram research group @PepPalsUKIRE and its announcements channel @PepPalsAnnouncements, both operated openly by NovoVita Health (join both in one tap). Research discussion only; admins never message first.
novovita.health is our only website and these are our only accounts: we do not sell through Amazon, eBay, TikTok or any marketplace, and lookalike names are not us. We never send the first message, we never take payment through Telegram or social media, and we never ask for crypto or gift cards. If someone claiming to be NovoVita or Pep Pals does any of these things, it is not us — forward it to support@novovita.health.
What we cannot help with
We will not advise on the use of any compound in humans or animals, suggest protocols, or discuss dosing. This is not us being unhelpful — everything we supply is for laboratory research only, and a supplier who crosses that line creates a legal problem for the customer as well as for themselves. Questions about identity, presentation, storage, stock, pricing and delivery are all fair game and we will answer them properly.
All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, are not authorised by the MHRA or any other regulator for human or veterinary use, and must not be administered to humans or animals.
