This is the model cancellation form set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You do not have to use it — any clear statement that you are cancelling will do, by email or WhatsApp — but it is here so that the option exists.

Before you use this, please read Delivery & Returns section 6. The right to cancel applies to vials that are still sealed. Once a vial is unsealed it falls within the health-protection and hygiene exemption and the right to cancel no longer applies to it.

What matters for the deadline is when you tell us, not when the goods get back to us. You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you are cancelling, and then a further 14 days to send the goods back.
